Pickup & Local Delivery

We currently sell for local pickup and local delivery only. We do not ship orders. Every handoff includes an ID check, because cigars are for adults 21 and older only.

Where we deliver

• Local delivery is available within about 5 to 10 miles of our Ephrata, Pennsylvania location.
• Delivery fee: $5 within a 5-mile radius and $10 within a 10-mile radius. Add the matching delivery option to your order from the shop.
• We confirm the delivery address and that it is inside our area before your order is scheduled. If it's outside the area, we will offer pickup instead.
• No shipping: we do not ship within Pennsylvania or to other states at this time.

Pickup

• After you reserve, we contact you to confirm a pickup window.
• Pickup is by arrangement only. Please don't arrive without a confirmed time.

Delivery times

We schedule deliveries with you when we confirm your order. Same-day delivery may be available depending on timing and stock. Delivery windows are estimates.

ID check at every handoff

• We check a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID for every customer, every time, regardless of apparent age.
• Accepted IDs: a driver's license or state photo ID card, a U.S. or foreign passport, or a U.S. military ID.
• The person receiving the order must be the purchaser named on the order and must be 21 or older. When paying by card, the name must also match the cardholder.
• We may scan the ID barcode to confirm the date of birth and ask you to sign for the order.
• We record the check (date and time, staff member, ID type and expiration, and that age 21+ was verified). We do not photocopy or photograph your ID. See our Privacy Policy.

What we will never do

• Leave an order at the door, in a mailbox, or anywhere unattended.
• Hand an order to a minor, or to anyone other than the named purchaser, including family members, roommates, neighbors, or coworkers.
• Complete a handoff without a valid ID check.

If the ID check fails

If no valid ID is shown, the person is under 21, or the person is not the named purchaser, we will not hand over the order. We take it back to the shop, record the refusal, and either reschedule with the named purchaser or cancel and refund it in full, as described in our Refund & Return Policy.

Missed deliveries

If nobody eligible is available when we arrive, we will try to reach you and reschedule. See the Refund & Return Policy for how long we hold missed orders.

Product care

Cigars are stored in our humidor until handoff. Once you receive them, store them properly (around 65-70% relative humidity, away from heat and direct sun).
